Visual Effects Transform the World of "TRON: Legacy"

Fans flocking to theaters on December 17 to see Walt Disney Pictures' "TRON: Legacy" are in for a stunning technological treat. Nearly three decades after "TRON" made it cool to love sci-fi, the sequel reflects a sleek, modern, 21st-century window into the worlds of artificial intelligence, video games, and computer-generated graphics. The Insider spoke with visual effects supervisor Eric Barba about light cycles, portals, and the challenges of creating a believable (and much younger) Jeff Bridges, who reprises his role as Kevin Flynn.
