The hour long program will feature Flatts' performance at their January 20th concert in the Xcel Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota. The special will also feature a never-before-seen clip of the Justin Beiber/Rascal Flatts music video, "That Should Be Me," as well as behind-the-scenes footage of the making of the video.
